Service Description
A Basic Site Visit is a non-technical, fact-based, visual documentation service. It confirms presence and observable conditions at a specific location at the time of the visit. This service does not provide inspections, certifications, evaluations, or professional opinions. Pricing: Basic Site Visit: $95 Extended Photo Set: +$20 Rush Delivery: +$35 Travel up to 20 miles: $10 Travel over 20 miles: $15 Travel fees may apply and are disclosed prior to appointment confirmation What is included: Verification of address/location Date & time of visit Visual observation of externally observable conditions Occupied or vacant status (based on visible indicators only) Photo documentation (typically 10–15 time-stamped photos) One page written summary of factual observations PDF report delivered same or next business day Disclaimer: This site visit consists of a visual observation and photographic documentation of observable conditions at the time of the visit. No inspections, certifications, evaluations, appraisals, or professional opinions are provided. This service is not a home inspection or regulated inspection service. *$50 deposit will be required after appointment has been booked through Venmo or PayPal
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Appointments canceled with 24 hours’ notice or more: No charge. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice: A $10 administrative fee will apply. No-Shows: If the signer is not present within 30 minutes of the appointment time, or cancels after the notary has already traveled to the location, it is considered a no-show. In this case, the full travel fee (if applicable) plus the $10 administrative fee will be charged. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated rescheduling or short-notice changes may require prepayment before confirming the next appointment.
