Service Description
Notarization (per signature/stamp): $5.00 Fee set by Idaho law Mobile & Convenience Fees (Not State-Regulated) All travel and convenience fees are separate from the notary fee and are disclosed in advance. Local Mobile Travel (0–15 miles): $5.00 Extended Travel (16–30 miles): $15.00 Travel over 30 miles: $25.00 Weekend/Holiday Appointments: +$10.00 Waiting & Standby Fees 15-minute grace period: No charge Waiting Time (after grace period): $20 per 15 minutes Document Handling & Administrative Services (Non-notarial services) Document Printing (standard): $0.25 per page Important Disclosure: The notary fee is regulated by the State of Idaho and limited to $5.00 per notarized signature. All additional fees listed above are for travel, convenience, and administrative services, not for the notarial act itself.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Appointments canceled with 24 hours’ notice or more: No charge. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice: A $10 administrative fee will apply. No-Shows: If the signer is not present within 30 minutes of the appointment time, or cancels after the notary has already traveled to the location, it is considered a no-show. In this case, the full travel fee (if applicable) plus the $10 administrative fee will be charged. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated rescheduling or short-notice changes may require prepayment before confirming the next appointment.
