Important Disclosure

The notary fee is regulated by the State of Idaho and limited to $5.00 per notarized signature. All additional fees listed for travel, convenience, and administrative services, not for the notarial act itself.​

Notary Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

​

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $5 administrative fee.

• No-shows or cancellations made after travel has begun will result in the travel fee plus a $5 administrative fee being charged.

• Rescheduling is free once if done more than 24 hours before the appointment.
